Effective 18 October 2026. By creating an account or uploading content, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and do not impersonate others. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content and permission to host it
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights needed to distribute it and grant Dlinkey a non-exclusive permission to store, process, display and make the document available for download as part of the service. This permission lasts while the content is hosted, subject to normal backup retention.
Public distribution
Approved uploads become public and may be downloaded, shared and indexed by search engines. Removing an upload cannot remove copies already obtained by others. Uploading does not automatically grant readers a right to republish or commercially reuse copyrighted material; they remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permission.
Acceptable use and review
Follow the community guidelines. We may restrict accounts, reject uploads or remove material that violates these terms, infringes rights, creates security risks or abuses the service. Do not bypass quotas, automate bulk account creation or interfere with service operation.
Availability and limits
The launch service has limits on file size, page count, account uploads and total storage. These may change as the service develops. Keep your own backup: Dlinkey is a sharing platform, not an archival guarantee. We may suspend uploads when capacity is reached.
Third-party content
Documents are contributed by users. Dlinkey does not guarantee their accuracy, safety, completeness or suitability. Review is not endorsement. External websites and purchases linked in documents are governed by their respective providers. Your statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
Concerns and updates
Use the report form to flag content or account concerns. We may update these terms, showing the new effective date on this page. Material changes affecting account use will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
