Privacy, clearly explained.
Effective 18 October 2026. This page describes how Dlinkey handles information when you use this service.
Information we process
When you create an account, our authentication provider processes your email address and password. Dlinkey stores your account identifier and public display name. Uploaded PDFs, titles, descriptions, categories and tags are stored with your account. We also store document status and reports submitted for moderation.
Public and private information
Your display name and approved documents are public. Your email address is not displayed on public document pages. Draft, pending and rejected files are accessible to their uploader and administrators. Once published, anyone may read or download a document, and search engines may index its page.
Hosting and storage
The website is hosted on Vercel. Supabase provides account authentication, the database and PDF storage. These providers process technical data such as request logs and IP addresses to deliver and secure their services. Data may be processed outside your country.
Cookies and third-party resources
We use essential authentication cookies to maintain sign-in sessions. The current site does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those resources.
Retention and removal
Your documents remain stored while they are in your library, including drafts and rejected uploads, until removed. Use My library to remove a document. Removal from Dlinkey cannot recall copies others have already downloaded or guarantee immediate removal from search caches. Provider backup retention may apply. To request account or personal-data assistance, use the report form, clearly describing the request without including passwords or other sensitive credentials.
Your choices
Do not include private information in a document intended for publication. You can browse without registering, manage your own uploads after signing in, and report material that reveals your information. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
